A traditional restaurant, easy to understand, direct and without long pompous speeches empty of content. With honest and artisanal cuisine, the great secret hidden at Ultramarinos is the highest quality product, well treated and with simple techniques. Impossible combinations are left out of the kitchen, and are only visible with a slot machine next to a very fresh grilled shrimp.

 

Borja García wears the captain’s armband of a team that only shows off with fork breakfasts and lunches, and in the afternoons closes until the next morning. After work at Dos Pebrots, Etxebarri or Noma, he has catapulted Ultramarinos to become one of the must-sees for food lovers in Barcelona.
