Strolling down Tuset Street, you’ve noticed a classic-style focacceria, an inheritance from the historic panificios found in every neighborhood and town across Italy. A place where time stands still, where the decor has been frozen for the last 50 years, and where their focaccias make you shout to the heavens… Buono da far resuscitare la nonna!
But the ‘60s and ‘70s weren’t just about ovens, aprons, and tradition—they had so much more to offer. And to see for yourself, all you have to do is step through the hidden door. What’s behind it? A space inspired by the use of color and organic shapes creates an immersive, welcoming, and sophisticated atmosphere.
The cocktails are noble, sober, and straightforward—a call to rationalism in a space deeply influenced by the retro-futurism of the ‘70s.
Take a first sip, order a second cocktail, and by the third beat, you’ll be ready to let go.
