If Los mares del Sur had been written in the 90s, Pepe Carvalho would have fallen head over heels for the Michigan tortillas. But Vázquez Montalbán was not the only one who was smitten with this divine blessing; everyone who tries them is at a loss for words, and rightly so. They craftily blend potato, aubergine or black sausage, always cooked to perfection.

Today, Spanish omelettes are the flagship of a menu open to the neighbourhood with tapas and Iberian cured meats cut to order. Breakfast, lunch, after work, dinner, gin and tonic… We have what you need, whenever you need it.
