Paradiso was founded in 2015 by Grup Confiteria and Giacomo Giannotti with the vision of creating a clandestine bar in which to enjoy a unique experience and which would open the door to a new approach to cocktails; passionate, spectacular, innovative and explosive.
Tucked away behind the door of a Pastrami Bar fridge, we step inside the skeleton of a wooden whale where mixology is practised as an art, and hospitality is embraced as a whole.
Paradiso Lab opens in early 2020, a research space devoted to experimentation and the study of new techniques and geared towards revolutionising the world of cocktails. So you can sip a fluorescent cocktail, or enjoy another one while wearing 3D glasses.
