It was 1892, Gràcia and Barcelona were different cities and, in their midst, a growing Eixample gave rise to the Betlem grocery store, located on the corner where years later Salvador Puig Antich would be arrested. Following many decades of being a landmark in the neighbourhood, and thanks to Victor Ferrer, in 2011 it began to function as a restaurant.

The refurbishment of the premises has preserved the precious cupboards, now filled with bottles of wine, and replaced the counters with bars and high tables with stools. It boasts large windows, and the red timber façade houses a charming Parisian-style outside dining area.

Our commitment is clear: seasonal produce to offer tapas, portions or dishes, event out of menu, that will delight the most demanding palates.
