Bar muy Buenas
Only a few words can better convey the definition of Muy Buenas than “consistency”. Everything makes sense at 63 Carrer del Carme; starting with its purely modernist décor, restoration of original fixtures and features, traditional Catalan cuisine, its Catalan wine list, in a cocktail bar with Catalan spirits, all at the service of a genuinely local experience.
This iconic venue of Bar Muy Buenas boasts listed status as an emblematic establishment by the Barcelona City Council, and now stands out in its own right after a long refurbishment that has restored the main bar to its former glory, just as it was in 1928, as well as the façade and the clock in the main room.
The traditional fricandó beef, the clotxa from the lands of the Ebro, and the Spanish omelette with sauce from Priorat; If a dish appears in Ignasi Domènech’s La Teca (our bedside book), it is welcome at Muy Buenas.
